“ We came across this establishment by pure accident and were very happy we stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We tried their Habenero wings as a starter and they were delicious. For our entree, we had the large Jalisco pizza. What a twist on Mexican/Italian and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The shredded beef, cheese, cilantro and onion on a very unique crust. I'm bringing my family back to try more. We met Leo, the owner, who was very personable and wanted our opinion on everything we sampled. Thank you, Leo for giving us something new. “ If you go you must get the Jalisco pizza. It's a birria pizza with consommé and all the typical taco toppings. I am assuming the owner is the one who helped us. He was very thorough and explained the options and the agua Frescas he had. He brought over a bunch of different sauces for us to try and you can tell they're homemade. The only thing I'd say is the bathrooms could use a little TLC. Overall, a good experience with a friendly and knowledgeable staff ”

“ A hidden treasure with amazing pizza! First off, I am not a fan of a super thin crust nor am I a fan of Provel cheese. If you are like me, then Jalisco's is the place for you! Handmade cornmeal crust that is not too thick or thin and 100% mozzarella cheese! I got the veggie pizza and it had a good amount of toppings. My boyfriend got the Jalisco pizza and he said it was one of the best he has had; tender beef and the dipping sauce was perfect!! The place is small, maybe 10 tables. Our server showed a true passion for the food. He gave a detailed descriptions and told us about how where he comes from that is how they make things. Overall a great food experience!! ”

“ First of all, the owner, Leo, was the most welcoming man. He answered all of our questions about his establishment. The unique pizza choices were great. The pizza was delicious. I loved the fact that the pizza went to the crust. The toppings were generous and not lacking. I do wish he served liquor. Beer with my pizza would have been the perfect meal. ”

“ Been hearing a lot about Jalisco Pizza and their famous Birria Pizza. Who doesn't like Birria and pizza? Located in St. Charles, MO, Jalisco Pizza brings a fresh take to creative pizza. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and brought our appetite. Jalisco Pizza has all the traditional items you expect to find at a Pizza joint, appetizers! We tried their signature wings and cheese sticks. What we did expect was a dish of various ranch and spicy salsas to prepare us for the reason we came, birria pizza. Never heard of anyone this creative with pizza. Lots of seasoned birria with cilantro and onions made this pizza a delicious treat. Restaurant was cleaned and tables were serviced quickly. They do have TVs to watch the game while you enjoy a great meal. Jalisco Pizza delivered a great experience and will be back! If you interested in something different give Jalisco Pizza a try! ”

“ If you love pizza and you love tacos, this is your spot! Ordered a large 1/2 Jalisco (comes w/ consomme to dip in!) and 1/2 beestek pizza. The cheese pull!!! Both of the meats on each half was nicely seasoned and juicy. Dipping the Jalisco pizza in the dip was heaven. You're given 4 sauces for your pizza. My fave was the red salsa one (mild) which tastes pretty standard with tacos. Service was good. I took one star off because the women's bathroom door knob was broken so I had to use a door stopper to help prevent someone from coming in. There were also some gnats flying around inside which I had to frequently shoo away. I'll still come back tho! ”

“ Pretty cool that there's a place that specializes in pizzas with Mexican food toppings. We ate in and ordered the namesake Jalisco pizza. It's a thinner crust (sorta hand tossed in thickness) with a nice chew to it. The Jalisco pizza is a birria topping, with savory stewed beef and a healthy amount of diced cilantro & onion. If you're a cilantro fan like me, you'll enjoy it. The beef was also generous and tender, and there's a dark red sauce drizzled to add to the birria flavor. A cup of consomme/broth is provided for each person that you must dip the crust into, for the full birria experience. The crust holds up well to the dipping. Four sauces are provided to dress the pizza, a mild verde, a semi-mild red sauce, a creamy/smoky chipotle (my favorite), and a mustardy spicy sauce if you need a kick. This pizza was excellent all around and a must order. We also got toasted ravioli for an appetizer. Sadly, this was just okay, even slightly disappointing. The ravs had a warm interior, but the outside could have used more crispiness/cooking in my opinion. The marinara was typical but a bit bland. ”

“ Pizza and Mexican foods are two of my favorites, so I had to see what this place was all about. I stopped in at 11 on Friday and was their first customer of the day. I was greeted quickly and when I debated on my drink order he offered a sample of horchata. It was creamy and sweet with a hint of cinnamon, the perfect pairing for the marinated pork pizza. While I waited for my pizza, I was enchanted by Peter Pan in Spanish playing on the TV. The pizza was delicious! It's heavy on the cheese, light on the sauce, and had plenty of toppings. The crust is thick, but not deep dish, and the texture is chewy and crispy. Don't sleep on this place! It's delicious. ”
